1.Contact us either by e-mail, phone, fax or mail. Describe the music box you own—maker (if known), size (length of cylinder or disc diameter), and describe the problems you are encountering with the machine.

2.We will answer your inquiry as best as possible from your description of  your machine.  We will then advise you on the best way to get the machine to us for restoration.

3.On receipt of your music box, we will immediately estimate the cost to restore it, and send you an agreement stating the terms regarding its repair. Your signature will indicate your approval of the work to be done and will be your verification that your machine is in our possession.

4.On completion of the restoration of your music box you will receive a bill, and arrangements can be made for the return of your properly restored music box upon payment.
